Visit of Mauritius PM to India from April 17 to 24

At the invitation of PM Narendra Modi, Mauritius Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth and his wife Kobita Jugnauth, will be visiting India from April 17 to 24. On Saturday MEA reported in a statement that they will come with a high level delegation.

The MEA said “The visiting dignitary will participate in the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of the WHO-Global Centre for Traditional Medicine in Jamnagar on April 19 and the Global Ayush Investment and Innovation Summit in Gandhinagar on April 20, along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”

Apart from official engagements in Gujarat and New Delhi, the PM of Mauritius will also visit Varanasi. India and Mauritius shared their history; culture and heritage and enjoy uniquely close ties, strong their bound by the visit.
